Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

Ireland: 2–3 business days

Northern Ireland & Great Britain: 4–7 business days

Rest of Europe: 5–9 business days

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Tracking is provided for all parcels.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for non-personalised prints within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Personalised or customised prints cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at hello@conorlangton.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If your order was a gift, we will issue a gift credit for returned items shipped directly to you. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
