A busy harbour town where fishing boats, sailing yachts, and day trippers all cross paths. The pier leads out past the lighthouse, with views across to Ireland’s Eye, the small island just off the coast that’s home to seabirds and a Martello tower.
Up on the hill sits it’s Castle and the surrounding woods, while the headland paths look back over Dublin Bay and out to the open sea. With its mix of working harbour, lighthouses, and dramatic coastline, it feels like a place where the sea is always part of daily life.
